About Me
Founder & CEO of Custyle. Ten years from consulting floors to JD.COM's AI strategy team to betting everything on agentic commerce.
I spent four and a half years inside JD.COM working on one question: what happens to commerce when AI agents can act, not just talk? I wrote the strategy decks, incubated the prototypes, and watched the gap between what people want and what factories can make stay stubbornly open.
In 2026 I stopped writing decks about it and founded Custyle — an AI MerchAgent that compiles intent into physical products. Along the way I open-sourced FasterGEO, because getting brands cited by AI engines turned out to be a discipline of its own — and the tools I wanted didn't exist.
This site is the third leg: the lab notebook. One person plus a fleet of AI agents, tested in public, with a live scoreboard so you can check whether the bet is working.
